As usual, you still haven't figured out which way is up.

The EU just extorted $1.5 billion from Intel. So did AMD. The FTC just settled with Intel, but they have announced their intentions to follow the EU's lead in "pre-emptively" enforcing potential antitrust violations.

Meanwhile NY state is still suing Intel, thanks to Prince Andrew Cuomo. And for what? Not optimizing the Intel compiler for AMD processors. How dumb is that?

The government has not been kind to Intel at all. It's the exact opposite of what you are saying. The government sues successful companies for being too successful, and they bailout failures because they're too big to fail.

That's a fact even you can't deny.
