It tells me your a f*&%#$ idiot. We have heard enough of your negative drivel. Why waste some much of your productive time bashing
a security that you probably do not own. Did your proxy arrive ?
Enough already. Go punch your wife or kick your dog if your that
miserable. Your constant nit-picking is senseless. SYCR will rise
and fall on its own merits, not, from one individual who has a pole
up his ass. Your command of the english language is so masterful.
Use it with someone who cares. WE DON'T.

Sorry guys for the outburst. I had no heat or hot water this morning
and my computer went down.

Thanx for your warning regarding SYCR. I almost missed it. I have a tendency to skip the posts by those who can see only the beauty in a company, such as DT, and likewise to skip posts by those who can find only the ugly, such as you. However, since someone noted that you had a positive comment regarding SYCR's packaging, I thought that maybe you had become capable of seeing both the good and the bad (and not just when you were anticipating an impending price fluctuation). Admittedly, it was a very small positive, but is was at least a tiny ray of hope. But now that you have corrected your deviant ways and report that the boxes are actually ugly, I have to go back to skipping all your posts again. Darn.

Imagine, Rod and DT on the same list.

Wait.....DT sold some shares....He's off the list. Post DT, post, I've got hear what you got to say, man.

SYCR does not want computer software, hardware or services companies beta testing and/or reviewing their products (at least one thread participant was shot down for knowning a thing or two about software) . What does that tell you?

Actually, if you're referring to me, I wouldn't say I was exactly shot down, but I'm not sure if I can think of anything better to call it.

I wasn't asked beforehand what my standing was in the industry, and did a lot of banging on BD and sent plenty of bug reports and suggestions, most of which were later fixed/implemented.

At one time, they were saying that all of us who beta-tested BD would get a free copy of the commercial release. I have no idea what the status of that currently is. I haven't been told where or how to get that copy. I've been pretty anxious to get it, to see if it exhibits a rather nasty problem I was having with the beta version, which may'be been the software, or may've been something wrong with my system (though it works perfectly otherwise).

I did get a phone call a few weeks back from a company that was soliciticing feedback from the beta-testers. The caller first asked if I worked in the computer industry. When I informed him that I'm the president of a computer consulting company, he informed me that that concluded the questionnaire, and couldn't tell me anything else.

Have any other beta testers gotten their free copy yet? Sure hope not. I'd be pretty upset if I found that they'd reneged on me after the fact because of the irrelevant (to me) fact that I work in the industry. What did they expect? Toll-booth attendants to do their beta testing?

I'll give them the benefit of the doubt for now, though, as I have yet to see this program in any stores. They may not be able to give me my free copy until they have the program actually out, or something.
