Rather interesting that you mentioned portfolios and performance
McNabb is over here with less that 1% invested in his Dell operation,
inplying that we should be writing naked calls, selling Dell,
and generally doing things that are extrememly risky, that I do not have the experience or capital to do.
So go look at the first 6 stocks under Hanks portfolio/profile
compute how much they are 'up for the year', how much they are
down for the last 5 days.
Dell is still up 200% for the year, although down 14 for the last 5 days.
Are we now going to change our ways of picking stocks so we
can buy some that are up 18% or 20% over a whole year of a bull market instead of stocks like Dell and CPQ???
