In the absence of news or speculator action, 200k sell order would act as a cap until filled. Worse yet, such a number on the ask side might encourage a short term sell-off either by the public, or it might scre the MMs themselves into thinking something bad is coming down the pike, when just the opposite may occur. What concerns me somewhat is that there seems to be short term money parked here waiting for the JV announcement with a planned dump on the issue if an annonucement is made. If that is the case, what are the "Realistic" chances of a run-up to 2 or 3. Oh, it could happen, but it might be just a 30 second blip.
