well since anyone would be a fool trying to reallt time the bottom and do it perfectly(not even the saviest fund managers try that..) you would start to avaerage were you are near what seems to be a cheap price fo the stock...so this is how it is done...if you wanna buy 150000 shares...you buy some today..you bought some at 30 and 32 ..you will wait and buy some tommorrow(lets say at 28) ..and try to buy more chunks at lower prices..but you would try to average out here in the next 2 weeks...october and early november are alwas bad for tech stocks and things will pick up after thanksgiving..
