MCI is a distant second to AT&T and slightly ahead of Sprint with RBOCs poised to compete in heavily regulated industry. Has a PE over 40. Intel has virtual monop (oops) large share of the market and has PE of under 20. Intel should have a higher PE. 40 has a nice ring to it(ding, ding). Mary
