Good point. :) I haven't used Trefis much, but I see what you mean that you have Cash figured in there.

In examining this more, I think the difference in our perception of where CSCO is cheap is that I'm not necessarily looking for a 15% return per year. When I'm jumping into a large cap/low beta name like this, I'm really aiming at somewhere between 11-15% per year, with the idea that:

1) If I'm buying Large Caps/Low Beta names, I'm probably looking towards a correction and that this is a safer play than others.

2) If perception of CSCO is bad, I will monitor the stock price and take a quick gain in some situations.

So, I think if you had my expectations and put your discount at 11%-12% instead of 15%, CSCO might be cheap to you also. But, I understand trying to aim high for 15% returns.
