I'm familiar with these stats, but I'm talking about tax rates for the uber rich.

Remember you can be uber rich (for example, own $5 billion of some publicly traded company) and not have an uber rich income (especially if the company doesn't pay dividends).

If you want to take from the rich, you should advocate a wealth tax, not an income tax.
