Whoa....we're talking 850% Debt to GDP ratio counting entitlements vs. what? 120% in the UK?

There is no comparison, IMO.

I'm talking dollar index at 30. That's more than chopped in half from here.

I'm asking....if it happens....what are the implications?

Good points.

It also seems like a good argument to continue buying precious metals and cash out someday wherever you can get the best paper value. Clownbucks are one-dimensional. Metals are not.
