FWIW/INFO: I was in a brand new COMPUSA store last night where they had a 300 MHZ Pentium running a DVD demo with 32MB RAM. Looked just like regular television on the monitor -- beautiful. (DVD demo disk only, full length videos not yet available).

The salesman pointed out that customers probably wouldn't want to watch their computer (as opposed to TV) since the horizontal refresh lines are not viewed comfortably, that monitors tend to tire the eyeballs. (Intel is trying to help develop the HDTV format right?)

Is this old info? Comments on implications?

Thanks,

it
