IMO this isn't a debatable point. If the guy had diplomatic immunity it doesn't matter if he shot in self defense or not, immunity is immunity, there is no gray area here. As soon as the Paks decided to treat this guy as a common criminal Clinton should have demanded his release. If the Paks didn't comply then notify them that we'll suspended all payments to them. If they still won't release him then screw the Paks, give the money that would have gone to them,,,,,TO INDIA. Think that would piss them off?...<g>

BTW, isn't arresting someone with diplomatic immunity akin to flying across a ships bow?

I'm sick of the kitt clove treatments that we give these Islamic countries.....
