Interesting link, thanks, I'll read it over after the markets are closed... yes, I knew in 03 about the coming housing bubble, I know about it before then... a very good friend of mine is one of the largest builders and home developers here in this State, he has put together many yacht and golf resorts, we used to have breakfast every Saturday morning at a local coffee shop to discuss the markets until he moved away to develop another large property north of Orlando, of course we're still in close touch... he told me that a mammoth housing bubble is forming and he told me when it would pop, he was right on schedule...
