Then it's a shame that the CEO and his promoters touted it for months as merely a "simple air permit" that was trivial to submit.

The Three Stooges (plus Shemp) really should share their last 18 months worth of talking points with the new fish so such silly contradictions can be avoided.

It has been over a year and they still don't have it. These are experienced mine developement company's and they do this all the time, yet it has taken over a year and still no permit. JB has done a remarkable job in getting this permit in the time and something the DEC has never seen and had to come up with a new permit process.
