These applications are "BOOKS' Then it's a shame that the CEO and his promoters touted it for months as merely a "simple air permit" that was trivial to submit. These applications are "BOOKS' There is a mine in the north, a zinc mine They are ready for production and they are waiting for a permit. It has been over a year and they still don't have it. These are experienced mine developement company's and they do this all the time, yet it has taken over a year and still no permit. JB has done a remarkable job in getting this permit in the time and something the DEC has never seen and had to come up with a new permit process.
