Interesting that she has a $43 price target, but says that DLT alone is worth >$40!. So the drive business by itself is worth ______.
Downside risk to the drive business is that it will earn .16 next quarter, if her "worst" case scenario developes.

Well, at least she sticks to her strong buy rec. More than other analysts or managers have done, apparently.

Hello AJ, I'm interested to know what your analysis of this report is. I think that Lehman is underestimating the impact that ASP erosion could have on Quantum's earnings over the next two quarters. The case that Lehman puts across is argued well, but there is always room for uncertainty. Looking at Quantum today as someone who is interested in a re-entry point for investment in the shares, I think another 10% down from 26.5 would be ideal. Just my take.
