I admire your positive tone. Although each rally is met with
more selling into them. We have been saying this stock will
take off since it was at 31. It did, just the wrong way. Down
11,000 and losing faith in the whole market. Massive layoffs at
more than a few companies, global recession appears to be starting
more pressures in iraq, auto companies now facing pressure to make
cars safer, lets have some more enviromental regulations and maybe
we can start the late 70's all over again.

** To All ** Just hung up the phone after talking to the IR spokesperson. Here are the facts as they see them:

Cymer is meeting the demand for its product.
There is more capacity to meet additional demand
The demand is strong and on target with their orig. numbers
They are unaware of any buyback
Nikon still owns the large % of Cymer
No problems with their lasers
Komatsu is not considered an immediate threat at all
the backlog is still intact(they will give me the exact #s later - they're checking on them)
There is an ample supply of glass (they are going to check into wether it is bought by foreward looking contrats or not)
Fleckstein is full of !@#@!#

****end of conversation****

This recent bloody price decline may be due to a general market decline, and it may be the best buying opportunity yet for those who have additional capital to invest. I truly hope we all weather the storm, and the company is indeed shooting straight with us.

Sincerely,
E
