I saw a few holes in that video:

Google moved to Ireland to avoid US Corporate Taxes-- Ain't that the country that went bankrupt last year?

Would corporations cut their prices if they didn't have to pay CIT? Maybe they would just give their CEO higher pay or buy up stock of something else.

Retirement funds are underfunded, but the average Joe wouldn't necessarily benefit from improved retirement fund investment performance if the companies dip in to that fund to run current business.

I'm skeptical. A simpler tax system would help a lot, but corporations would take unfair advantage of that scheme, in my opinion.
