From IOMEGA's click page. Go figure! This was a desperate attempt!
Do you guys remember last Comdex? They were so confident that they could crush SanDisk. Now SanDisk has about 50 CF design wins. How many n-hands?

Cheers,
Derek

"Special Note: Statements in the Iomega Web site relating to Iomega's intent to make clik! drives and clik! disks, the potential demand for clik! products and the pricing and availability of clik! drives and disks are forward-looking statements. There are a number of important factors that could cause actual events to differ materially from those indicated by such forward-looking statements. These factors include, among others, Iomega's ability to develop clik! drives and disks, market acceptance of, and demand for, clik! products, manufacturing conditions encountered by Iomega and its suppliers, component availability and prices, product costs, intellectual property rights and other factors identified in Iomega's June 4, 1996 Prospectus, 1996 Annual Report and most recent quarterly reports filed with the SEC. Jerome, you just bring up a good point I forgot: waterproof camera. Yes, I have a waterproof Pentax camera, love it. I can literally put my camera under a water tap without damaging it. Well you can't build a waterproof digital camera with a clik! drive because the unit has to be completely sealed and heat will build up inside. Mechanical part is a not desirable again.
