EKS, thanks for the IRET idea as a beneficiary of the development of the Bakken. I've decided that while IRET's combination of nice dividend yield and history of increasing the dividend and its potential stock appreciation total up to be good, I'd rather just go with a diverse package of e&p stocks in the area. In this, I'll assume that not all Bakken e&p companies will do well, but the ones that do will far surpass the laggards. And overall, such a package will surpass what IRET might deliver. Of course, more risk too by not diversifying with something like IRET.

I hold positions in all of the eight stocks discussed.
