The NYT is pushing secession? When will the Democrats give up on that? it’s extremely tough for teenagers to get contraceptives in Texas. “If you are a kid, even in college, if it’s state-funded you have to have parental consent,” They can go to the restroom of any convenience store and put their quarters in the machine. Is that tough? As for the educational statistics cited, I'd really need to see those in a more trustworthy source, though we do have a very large illegal alien population in our schools.
