There will be a huge legal mess to untangle if/when Barry is tossed out by the SCOTUS. I imagine the ramifications would play out for decades to come in the form of domestic and international lawsuits. -ng- Every document, law, and executive order that Barry has signed, every word he has uttered, and every action he has taken would immediately be rendered null and void. For that reason alone, the higher-ups may decide to allow his fraudulent presidency to play out and blackmail him along the way, or he could be told, "checkmate," and forced to resign to avoid the constitutional crisis. Even if the latter occurs, I do not see how Biden could be president. Either way, the dems will cry foul and racism all the way into the 2012 elections, which they will do anyway. -ng-
