What's your take on CEL and PTNR?

Good question.. one I should have been able to answer before I bought CEL. (FWIW I sold it with a small profit two days ago..) The metrics for both seem remarkably similar with CEL supposedly having slightly better growth and PTNR having slightly better Debt/Equity. I had originally opted for CEL since the dividend payout was higher but decided, that given the instability in the area and my lack of strong knowledge about the stock that I would take more time researching CEL and PTNR before I bought back in.
