The original licensing agreements with Matsushita and NEC to manufacture Zips started out as letters of intent. That's just the way the process works. I don't see any reason to expect Clik! to just appear overnight in every digital camera and PDA in the world. These things take time.

Yes sir very understandable and justified.

A stock split this year and a new division with no product till late next, makes for some difficult estimations.
And the finger counting down campaign was just a little too P.T.Barnum.
