I agree with you 100%, I was being polite about it... I don't think unions ever had a legitimate purpose, the whole notion of employee unions is clearly a communist concept, it should all be abolished to allow the free market system to work...

Exactly. No employer has ever held a gun to my head and said, "You must accept these terms of employment!" The choice was always mine. The only entity that holds a gun to my head, orders me around, and robs me is the government. -ng-

For the whiners who constantly cry, "I don't have a choice in life, so I need the unions and the government to protect me from the corporations, blah-blah-blah..." Bullshit! It's a free choice. Take it, leave it, or start your own business and make your own rules. It's as simple as that.

A smart business will hire the best employees, treat them well, reward them often, and succeed. Unions and the government interferes with and ruins that principle.
