It would seem like some of the big funds would have their finger on the pulse of the negotiations.

If the news was going to be earth-shattering bad, I would have expected a big hit to the stock price before now.

Then again, I may just be optimistic.

Max, they are making the money now. I am sure even if the worst goes against them they will not need to pay it all at once. They have plenty of cash flow to pay it off over a few years.

Right now they are making so much money and the stock is doing very well.

But I am glad to know about it, but not very worried. Their assets are worth 10's, 100's of billions. And they are making about 30/40 million a month right now.
