Does this mean the Plastic2Moon Corporation won't be inviting Hapless John to their shareholder meeting?

A paid opinion is not always worth the paper it's written on.

Depends if he still owns any stock - remember last year's registration/screening process for attendees?

Let's not forget that Hobbit John issued himself 809k shares of JBII stock for those tape assets (which they now admit were overvalued by ~300%). That stock was listed on JB's first Form 3 but has since disappeared from his latest ownership filing and would have been worth over $5 million six months later (typical restriction period)...

JB's initial Form 3 filed 08-03-2009 following the tape eqpt acquisition (from himself):
sec.gov

JB's latest Form 5 filed 01-14-11:
sec.gov
