Good point about the warrants. They did show good growth from April 2010 to Feb 2011 and they accomplished this with little or no debt (perhaps that is where the warrants come in). Also, they have some new projects that should allow them to incrementally grow their reserves.

The big risk is if they hit dry holes or wells that kick out too much water with the oil.

They are supposed to release the results from their Hagan Well development in March.

I like this E&P basically because they have no significant debt. The number of warrants that you point out could be somewhat dilutive. Thanks for pointing that out.
