I hope Quick and Reilly works out for you. Since I don't trade too often, I use their offices (occasionally, Quick Trade, which is not as cheap as the Internet). The people there are every bit as sharp as anyone I ever dealt with at Merrill Lynch years ago and I like being able to drive there in six minutes if I want some paperwork done quickly. I even like the NON-glamour of the receptionist/office manager. Sometimes when I have tried to use the telephone-modem Quick Trade, it has turned out that there were rules I didn't know about and they wouldn't execute the order. I also did not try to get through to them during times of maximum stress.
