From Google's own website...

Transaction Fees

For applications that you choose to sell in Android Market, the transaction fee is equivalent to 30% of the application price. For example, if you sell your application at a price of $10.00, the fee will be $3.00, and you will receive $7.00 in payment.

Are you trying to be obtuse. They have charged 30% for all Apps with the exception just now, after Apple came out with their policy on publisher Apps.

Again why does the Android Market charge 30% on Apps submitted by developers, particularly given they are not reslizing improved profits as the publishers are from reduced distribution costs.

Lying? I'm trying to have a reasonable discourse. If you insists it can be otherwise.
