Sounds good to me. This guy has all those intangible leadership qualities that are hugely important in a team sport like baseball to compliment his outstanding talent which erupted last year. Not unimportantly, but not discussed much in mainstrem reporting, he sets a role model for the many Latin players in MLB. This could prove especially important in the development of the Jay's recent acquisition, Escobar, at shortstop who has had "demeanor" issues on the big stage.
