BTW: I am inquiring with Equis to determine in more detail what
the terms are. One of the sales agent's indicated that the $149 MSFL
would only read existing MS dir's and would not allow write access.
There is a separate license for businesses. I am enquiring to
understand the terms and features of this relationship.

Sean-The writeup for the $149 dll says *read*. Gary needs to write MS files--his current MS output is licensed from Equis, but I take it that they want a hefty royalty for the 2000-file capability.
