in fact i was just thinking some such thoughts, because we are about to do "gut n renovate" of my home and are now renovating my in-law's home across the street, to turn my home office into jack's room, and to set up my near-home office in downstairs of in-law's abode.

while fixing up the in-laws' downstairs and garden and gazebo, we thought it wise to just do the whole upstairs (entry level of split level) abode, perfecting the sunroom, and every other rooms and build a deck overlooking the garden). i need to sell more puts and short more covered calls, truly.

in-laws are turning over to me their entire downstairs, complete with wine storage, one ensuite guest bedroom, family room, kitchenette, office, garden, gazebo. good thing i get along well with my in-laws. reno at in-law's place would be complete by end of april, and our place be done at end of june. we shall move to service apartment nearby starting april.

i get to reclaim my ocean-view home office from jack when at 70! or rent out the entire abode and retreat to some island, assuming hk is still able to command premium over some other choice island.

you should notice a surge in trading once my new office is set up with the latest weapons centered around big terribly efficient apple mac pro gear ;0)
