If there are not enough humans who have instant knowledge to why the market is falling then you are left with computer algorithm mechanical mode and a market that is for one reason or another looking at a crash.

I understand that there are auto shut downs but computations made do not take into consideration the reason behind the shutdown.

I can apply that to the FED and the RE market computations were positive regardless of how they originated but from a human on the street end they were looking negative.

Cost savings hits brokerage and the cost of the fall could be huge.
