I like the news story about the Chinese cotton farmer who refuses to sell his crop and has it all packed into the living room of his house. He's waiting for higher prices.

Think about it: really high quality paper money has got to be partly made of cotton.

If I could take delivery on ten tons of copper and have someone carry it into my garage, I might do it.

EDIT: I just checked and ten tons of copper would be just over one cubic meter. I think I will take forty tons of copper. It will fit neatly against the back wall.

TH

Does this mean Merkel loses another election
and then states we bring back the mark? Highly
unlikely as Merkel has no death wish. Can
anyone really beat back the banks now?
