I seem to remember something in the news years ago about the same tactic. I don't know if it was Wisconsin, but some state had their legislators hiding in an adjacent state.

Don, you post smacks of hypocrisy. You certainly had no objection when the Republicans in the Senate used the filibuster to frustrate the will of the majority.
