this past year some wannabe developer bought land for approx. 37 un-entitled lots(just had zoning) for $1,000,000 at Waikoloa.

It costs $103,000/lot to complete and finish(all costs from engineering to paving to street lights to utilities, etc).

Currently you can buy finished lots for 60k right off the MLS.

I'm wondering if this clown knows how to use a calculator.
