It is almost impossible to fire anyone from the county hospital where I work. It requires years of paper work to fire someone. Consequently, you wind up with a bunch of lazy argumentative workers that would be fired at a private hospital. The way they talk to doctors in the operating room would not be tolerated. The government cannot properly manage a one car parade, much less a hospital.
