Feel your pain. Once upon a time, I was The Exclusive US Distributor of an imported product. A company, whose stock is now nearly delisted, blew me out of the water, with a lawsuit. Back then, before they fired 80% of their workforce, they had more lawyers than my foreign manufacturer employed, in toto. Fight that. Sometimes even preemptive success is not enough. Offered to have them buy the foreign, profitable company. Nope. The big boys, with huge market caps win the game, their way. Or not.
