I'm just wondering if this repurchase plan tells us anything more about the filing by Par to either buy or sell shares last week (two weeks ago?)

Um, 17 million times 2.5 = 42.5 million. Which just happens to be right around book value. Sales last quarter were ~32 million. This makes the PSR <0.333. Oh, BTW, did you buy Yahoo! this morning like you said you would? Great value on that one...not.
