No matter how far and wide you look to just can't find one 'cause they don't exist! So... what is it with you, Bill? Serious difficulties with your memory? (In which case you have my honest sympathies, really!) Or is it a lack of comprehension that's your problem? (Still have sympathy for you if it's something like that that is not your fault....)
