Eric S.

Regarding DELL employee reaction to drop in share price.

We never discussed it specifically in our group. However, I did learn that employees are entitled to buy shares periodically from the company at a rate = 85% of the 6-month low. (I do not know the details of how much they can buy, or how often, or how the 6-month period is determined, or whether the purchase must be in a 401k) Based on the above, I am guessing that they would welcome it as an extra buying opportunity.

Perhaps Judith, Klaus, or Rosemary remembers more details.
