Jan,

I thought all the shorts would have covered by now. What can these other guys be hanging around for? I think they must be longs of ATI, and other graphic stocks not doing so poorly.

Regards,

Kman

If S3 thinks engineers are going to use their chips for their designs, then they are dreaming! Their are a lot of engineers in Silicon, like I, who had a stake in S3. By not using S3 parts in our designs, then our purchasers won't be buying any S3. Not only that, we will indicate S3 as a "disqualified" manufacturer. I can guarantee you this will drop their sales even lower than what it is.
Work there! Ha! You must be kidding. You forget that S3 is in the middle of Silicon Valley, and news travels well. Someone always knows someone else in some other company; including S3. After a bad reputation like this, I am not surprised no engineers want to be employed by S3.

Greetings

I have not been able to find .20 microns worth of information from anything that the Tom Terf, Sep K, posse have posted. I'll be honest and admit that I do read their posts for a good laugh....c'mon everyone you gotta admit that these guys are pretty creative. I'll be willing to bed that they thought Citibank was ready to go underwater in the 80s too, with Chase, and all the other banks (at $8 a share).

Listen everyone this company is not going down the drain, let's get real. I mean should we really give a crap if for even 12 months we have some dead money only to see it double in the next few after that? Whether its sub one thosand machines or high end one, THEY ALL NEED GODDAM GRAPHIC ACCELERATORS ! The companies sales are still growing and if you look at this revenue adjustment in the big picture it really should mean nothing. I mena it comes out to 10% or so. I think last year the company enacted some kind of a poison pill act and since I haven't followed the company in a while I dont know the specifics. If the company does sell out, it will be at a premium to what the stock is trading at right now..

Does anyone know (besides the S3 clowns who post the funny messages...hey why dont we call them Clown 1 2 3 and so on?...we'll have like a circus) who may seriously consider teaming up with S3 (possible takeover)...would AMD or Cyrix try it? I mean if Intel really went after Chips and Tech for their notebook chip etc (market leader) wouldnt S3's product be attractive to someone else? Couldnt it help give an advantage to one of those companies if they have s3 in the portfolio?

Hey, I don't know if anyone saw his week's Globe but the cover has a three headed monster named Tom Terf on it !

To all the unbelievers, sell out now and leave us INVESTORS alone...because when this Phoenix rises from the ashes --LOOK OUT!
