datek puts access to most of its servers through iconnet and it is screwed up yet another time. I can't understand why datek doesn't acknowledge this and balance their servers with their other access through mci.

This is a persistent problem that datek continues to ignore at great cost to their customers.

WAKE UP DATEK AND FIX THIS!
