I would like to pay you a compliment. I am impressed by your ability to jv so many projects betwen your two companies. This is not always so easy to do and you do it repeatly. This is one very positive thing about your style of management as it allows you to benefit from your expertise in locating prospects and hooks you up with other parties as well.
