Case-Shiller is like the National Enquirer when I see how off they have been in Florida....They are expecting cumulative drops by the end of 2012 that in some areas had already been reached two years ago...The parallel between how the stock market crashed in an 18 month period is not much different than the shocking 50-60% drops we experienced in a little over 18 months. GRM's under six and prices a fraction of replacement cost signalled a bottom for me a very long time ago. Must compare apples to apples comps in subdivisions for the real story and that for me is constantly being confirmed..
