Negotiation? The unions have ALREADY agreed to negotiate reductions in salaries, employees and benefits. Cancelling Walker's tax cuts to corporations would help a lot too!

“Governor Walker wants to give generous tax cuts to corporations and the mega rich, decreasing state revenue by $187 million (despite the alleged budget crisis), and pay for it by slashing Madison’s education budget.

In addition to the draconian cuts in spending and eliminating public employee's right to collectively bargain, the legislation has a provision to require a two-thirds super majority to pass income tax increases.

Walker is dishonest and acting in bad faith.
