FED will print according to the capacity of the world to absorb the USD.

If it absorbed stimuluses Bush era, then QE1 and QE2, it will print since the effects are felt elsewhere.

Brazil has been taking the brunt of the effects of the USD printouts.

Brazil is now hard at work trying to persuade US to deflect the future newly printed USD to Africa.

If it succeedes, Africa can absorb a couple of QE. You see: start the press saying that Africa (start with North Africa and Middle East) must be reborn under democracy.

Then gear Brazil and US, Brazil and Europe to export com gusto... This has huge potential.
