China n Chinese are careful about engaging in conflict, comma, per art of war, re positioning. Enough in USA believe in clash of civilizations, vs plenty of Arabia have faith in jihad. Belief vs faith, interesting pair trade. Are you saying team USA does not have to be careful about engaging in conflict? Well, I do not know about have to vs not have to, but truth is team USA is very careless about engaging in conflict, obvious enough.
