Quotes from Lombard are often wrong. I think their quoting comes from one specific Marketmaker and not actually the best bid/ask. I have seen this on many other threads.

Johndee **OFF TOPIC**, I also use Lombard (now Discover) for trading. I called them yesterday about their "real time quotes". They said they cannot provide correct bid/ask prices for penny stocks in decimals, especially 1/16-1/32 stocks (they were showing CVIA Bid 0.04/Ask 0.07!!! yesterday). With $1+ stocks, however, their quotes seem to work pretty well.
