SEEQ to 5 3/8 is a gimme as long as the Dow can stay above the major uptrend. 5 3/8 may take longer than the end of Dec. even if the Dow behaves but the return on one's investment at 5 3/8 in the time it takes to get there is acceptable IMO. When buying a stock like SEEQ, don't expect to get in at the bottom. Getting in at the bottom range is the goal.

CADE is going to move back up over 3 very rapidly. The 3 day RSI trick is all set.
