Hi Derek, Yeah maybe your right, what do we know? Intel has probably spent millions doing focus research studies and such. I still find it tough to believe this is the best they could do though.

I believe we as shareholders and the buying public, know what kind of message we would like Intel to send to the public. One of Innovation, of caring, of a company on the cutting edge. We also want people to say. "I want to go out and get one of those computers". I just don't see that here.

It seems to me there is just so much they could be showing and doing. How about some voice recognition stuff for the blind? Or just simple email to relatives or friends in distant places on the planet. The world is becoming more and more intertwined because of all this computing power.. Why not show how that gap is bridging?

I can't tell you how many times I've brought friends home and watched how amazed they are when I show them things like, voice and video chatting to people in Russia, Poland and Japan. Most people have heard of it but they think it's so complicated that they don't try. And it's so so simple.
Why not show people like you and me, who trade stocks over the net? I believe if they showed this kind of stuff to more and more people the PC penetration pie would grow quicker.

Well, it's all just speculation.

Take Care, Michael
